AdWords gone over budget

Does anyone tend to find their search campaign going over their daily budget?
I've set a daily budget of $5 and on day 3, total spend is already more than 3 times this. 2 additional clicks have shot the budget and CPC up.
Is this normal?

Normal. Some days can go over budget but average daily spend should be <= your max daily budget.

It is normal. Sometimes Google spends more than the daily set budget, Google does this when it finds more chances of conversion.

It's normal with Google.
