I have a schedule of upcoming matches on my blog what shows the next matches of FC Barcelona. The schedule is created in a table via Tablepress. After every game I hide the past game(s) so the next match is shown at the top.

However, when check the SERP on Google see in the snippet the first match of the season instead of the next upcoming game. I do see the next game in the snippet of a competitor.

My question is how I can also show the upcoming match in the snippet. I will assume that this optimization will increase the traffic.

Can you please advise?
